Either a one lane or short-term road closure is planned for different segments of this project and only during working hours. The work schedule is 7 a.m.-3:30 p.m. weekdays, excluding holidays.
The Federal Highway Administration is paying 80 percent of the $16.9 million project cost, with the county picking up the remaining 20 percent.
Completion is estimated for September 2016.
